You must be a current subscriber to Vonage in good standing. Limit $550 in e-gift cards per person per calendar year. A "Valid Referral" (1) has never previously been a Vonage subscriber, (2) will follow the link provided in your Invitation (as defined in the Terms) to become a new subscriber to Vonage within 30 days of receipt of the Invitation, (3) must remain a subscriber to Vonage in good standing for at least 61 consecutive days, (4) signs up on or before 12/31/2019 and (5) meets the other criteria set forth in the Terms.
